Harvest & Haulage Association

Our Mission

Our mission is to support the farming and transport industries through sustainable practices, shared resources and education. Its purpose is to reduce waste and costs by assisting members with affordable parts, repair and recycling services, to help members maintain operations efficiently.

We exist to support our members, and to transform age-old knowledge and equipment into new opportunities. The success of our mission is measured by the positive impact on the lives of our members and their families.

What we offer

At our core, we believe every truck, trailer and part has a story – and a future. What some see as wrecks, we see as opportunities to breathe new life into old machinery. There are 5 key areas that we provide that directly benefits our members.

  • Affordable and fast access to quality used trucks, trailers, and their parts to keep our members moving.
  • Innovative up-cycling and repurposing solutions of truck and trailer parts, that reduce waste and extend the life of machinery.
  • 24/7 phone availability for practical education, resources, and share our experience based knowledge to problem solve and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns for our members.
  • Consignment sales and resources for our members to sell, move or up-cycle their unwanted trucks, trailers and parts.
  • Provide a public space for story-telling and meet-ups, good old-fashioned member support that keeps our members connected with the larger transport and farming communities and gives them a true sense of belonging.

Our History

Our founding members are fifth generation families, deeply-rooted in transport and farming, and spanning from all corners of Australia. We have 100+ years of combined experience in regenerative and sustainable farming, transport and heavy machinery knowledge, service and repairs. Our dedication to our members comes from understanding first-hand the struggle our ancestors had in both transport and farming in Australia – they were dairy farmers, crop and stock farmers, shearers, orchard growers, lumber farmers, sawyers and millers, earthmovers, machinery fitter and turners, and long haul drivers.

Our passion and dedication to “harvest & haulage” comes from the blood, sweat, and tears that has gone before us, and we understand how important it is for the history, knowledge and skills to be passed on to the sixth generation and beyond.
