Upcoming Projects

Vision for the Future

Our vision is to create a future where transport and farming communities thrive in Australia – passing on history, knowledge, skills, and opportunity to the next generation. This vision extends beyond industry – into practice based methods that teach the next generation how farming and transport work together.

We exist to reinvest into projects that give back to the community in both transport and farming – striving for stronger community connection, hands-on experiences, more sustainable solutions, physical and mental well-being support, and interactive learning in safe and controlled environments, here we plant the seeds of knowledge and values that will turn our vision for future projects into a reality.

“Through partnerships, story-telling and a commitment to future generations, we keep wheels turning, farms thriving and communities connected,”

Community Initiatives

Supporting transport and farming families with unique challenges resulting in economic hardship.
  • Partnering with local growers, butchers and transport providers to create “farm-to-family” support boxes.
  • Sponsoring school supplies, digital access and transport for rural children who face limited resources.
  • Offering respite opportunities such as short breaks, wellness workshops and community gatherings for health and wellbeing.
  • Establishing a rapid-response fund for families impacted by accidents, illness and bereavement.
  • Creating a shared resource pool of loaner equipment and emergency assistance kits.
  • Hosting events such as harvest festivals, machinery restoration weekends, and storytelling nights to reduce social isolation.
  • Setup a buy, swap, sell service for members to trade equipment and parts amongst themselves in their local areas.
  • Running holiday programs for members and families to connect and teach/ learn practical skills.

Self-sustainable Teaching Farm & Machinery Workshop

Establish a self-sustainable teaching farm, designed as both a living classroom for age appropriate students and members and a community resource.
This project will exist to encourage intergenerational mentoring for members who have the skills and knowledge in transport and farming to pass onto the younger generations. This initiative will be subscription based and on a rotating roster for members and students.
A “living legacy” – our vision for this project is that it’s hands-on approach will restore a love for working the land, create a sense of fulfilment for home-makers, and that the farm will serve as a long-term legacy project, inspiring future generations and realigning the values of young and old.

  • Workshop – an equipped shed to teach the skills of maintaining and repairing farming equipment, trucks and trailers – every skill will be passed on including the knowledge of tools and materials needed to do it. This space will also be used for member meetings, meet-ups, and education days.
  • Growing – Crops, stock and fresh produce will be planted and grown by student and members. Once harvested it will be used for education purposes on safe food storing, preserving and cooking classes. This part of the project exists to give opportunity for ‘home economics’ to be a cornerstone initiative in embracing the role of those supporting our transport and farming members. The prepared food will go back into our community initiatives to further support our members, local food programs, and community kitchens.
  • “How-to” activities – Learn the basic skills to assist with day to day tasks that are involved in safely operating transport or land. These include, changing a tyre, checking tyre pressure, filling up basic fluids in a car. Light a fire with primitive resources. How to use basic workshop tools. How to check fences and fix a fence. How to check water levels in water tanks, check and clean troughs. Learning basic first aid, snake bite care and knot tying.
